Refunds and Returns

Refunds or Returns are not available for change of mind or wrong selection.

If your products arrive damaged or are significantly different to what has been described (remembering that handmade items will always have some variance in real life) we will accommodate a replacement.

Due to the hygiene concerns returns are not accepted.

Please retain proof of purchase and email zinalesueur@gmail.com with your complaint and photos of the problem together with your proof of payment / order number and we will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss the options available to you.

Please note these items are handmade and as such may have slight differences from the actual item photographed, although in most cases we have only made one of each and have photographed the actual item for sale.

Photographs do not represent colour 100% so there may be slight variations in real life.

Due to the handmade nature of these products they are best treated gently, no harsh chemicals for cleaning, hot water or prolonged use under water if you want to keep them looking good for as long as possible.

Refunds are to be requested within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged / incorrect item.
